Shipping and Payment

We ship our items directly from Japan. The items are shipped via Japanese Postal Service, sea freight, or air freight based on total volume of order or delivery times. The shipping cost includes actual shipping cost and handling cost. Each country has different customs fee and tax system. Please contact us for further information.

Advance payment within 1 week upon your confirmation of the Proforma Invoice via T/T remittance through the banks is only available. No credit nor no L/C is accepted.

Cancellation

We arrange our items based on the Proforma Invoice which we send to you upon our receipt of your order. And we start to arrange them upon our receipt of your confirmation with the returned Proforma Invoice with your signature. After our receipt of the returned Proforma Invoice, any cancellation is not accepted. Cancellation charge is required after the confirmation of the Proforma Invoice.

Breakage

When we offer you the prices based on F.O.B., Japan, we are responsible for any breakage before our items are loaded on a vessel. In this case, please claim the breakage to a shipping company if the breakage occurs in the course of shipment. When we offer you the prices based on C.I.F., we are responsible for any breakage until our items reach to your country. In this case, we claim the breakage to a shipping company for you.

Condition of Use
