Osaka Machine Tool is an expert in high-precision workmanship, working at the micrometer level. In particular, it has garnered customer trust over decades of dedication in its strongest area, assembling multi-axis spindle units and precision, high-functional jigs as major components in machine tools.

They also apply their high-precision engineering to IT-related products such as mobile phones and personal computers as well as to aerospace components for passenger planes, hydrogen rockets and helicopters, a wide variety of products. They have produced more than 2000 dedicated machine tools.

Innovation abounds at Osaka Machine Tool. Their ice ball cutter, for example, is an ice maker manually producing balls from sheets of ice. Small enough to sit on a countertop, it has been featured on television. This was followed by an automated version that produces 30,000 ice balls per hour and is used to make all the ice balls at 7-Eleven® stores in Japan. There are only two of these in the world.

The Automated Dust Removing Packager provides an airflow to remove dust, hair and other particles from trays, containers and lids for food products, then carries out the packaging. Compact in size, this device simplifies food packaging and increases efficiency. Both this as well as the ice ball cutter command 100% of their respective market shares.
