Namitei Co., Ltd. possesses excellent atypical wire processing technology and collaborates with material manufacturers in the joint development of ideal materials in order to provide its customers with products of a shape and quality that are optimized for their specific application demands.

Heterotypic wire is used for applications in a host of industries including automobiles, communications, shipbuilding, electrical equipment, civil engineering and construction. Moreover, there has been a recent surge in demand from customers who are considering reducing or eliminating work processes and implementing other cost-cutting measures.

Representative examples of the Namitei’s products are its steel tripartite pieces (irregularly shaped steel wire pieces), which are employed for communication-use optical fiber undersea cable use. This product was introduced in a program in the NHK TV series Project X (broadcast on February 14, 2003). So far, Namitei has provided a quantity of this product of sufficient length to encircle the earth four times.Meanwhile in the automotive sector, the company’s products are employed as safety parts such as precision axle parts for occupant safety-use seat belts, and parts for steering wheels, seats, etc.
