Ever since its establishment in 1965, Eura Co., Ltd. has focused its energies on developing and manufacturing machine screws bolts.

Eura’s mainstream products are small hexagonal bolts (regular size, fine size and extremely fine size) mainly for use as vibration-bearing bolts in cars and agricultural machinery. The size of these products varies from 3mm to 20mm in diameter, and the company produces a total of more than 10,000 pieces per month utilizing approximately 160 tons of metallic and alloy rods made from iron, copper, aluminum, chromium, stainless steel, molybdenum, titanium, etc. With our flexible manufacturing system and this diverse lineup of materials, we are capable of responding immediately to a wide range of customer needs. Moreover, because we care about the precision and strength of our products, our experienced engineers check the precise appearance and shape of each individual screw and bolt we make. By assuring that we have “the best technology and the best quality”, we have succeeded in gaining the deep-seated trust of our customers.

At the time of its establishment, Eura began to maintain an ample stock of high value-added special screws that require cut machining. Later the company used these products to ride the wave of the rapid development of Japan’s car industry as well as utilizing cold forging to develop the mass production system that provides a firm foundation for its present business.

Eura products bear the Turtle brand mark. Says the company’s chairperson, Mr. Eura, “I employed the turtle—a symbol of long life—as the company’s brand with the wish to generate everlasting prosperity.”

Eura also has a middle ranking position within the industry as a manufacturer of special fasteners, for which it operates an automated line system for carrying out all tasks from planning through design. The company reinforced its corporate base in January 1999 when it completed the construction of a new factory in Tamakushi-higashi.

Currently Eura is developing a “plan formation-type business” under which it makes proposals to its customers concerning products that answer specific social needs while developing and commercializing these products from the trial manufacturing stage. Chairperson Eura believes that “our ultimate theme is to make products that are useful for human society,” and to this end he encourages the company’s female staff to participate in responsible work.
