Expanding the market with IT solutions

With the Internet at its core, the data communication revolution has greatly altered the way companies do business around the globe, and Asahi Com Tec leads the way with office environments capable of meeting the changes.

True to its name, Asahi Com Tec is headquartered in an “intelligent building,” where they stay at the leading edge in IT engineering, equipped with an in-house LAN to manage all their projects. Completed in May 2004, their IP voice network provides smooth communications among its main office, the Tokyo and Nagoya branches, and its call center. In addition to dramatically cutting communication costs, the system allows video conferences via PC to bring participants closer together.

Asahi Com Tec also handles network security, a major concern today. Illustrated in the network diagram below, their system is so advanced that it is used for training. In 2004, they received the highest class of certification, Diamond, for VoIP Certification Engineer Certification, an honor bestowed on only a handful of companies in the IP telephone system industry.

In 2005, they began ISP and IP services with an IP network base. Branded ShareLine, the services provide a complete range of functions for customers.
